Terms of Sale

1. Overview

These terms govern the purchase and use of digital products sold by Axior Labs (ABN 91 949 773 596), trading as NDISCompliant, through ndiscompliant.com.au. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

NDISCompliant sells digital document packs, including the SIL Rescue Kit, containing Microsoft Word (.docx) template files. Products are delivered as downloadable ZIP files immediately after payment.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Prices may change without notice; however, the price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately via a download link on the thank-you page and by email to the address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive your download link, please contact us at [email protected].

5. Refund Policy

A full refund is available within 48 hours of purchase, provided no documents have been downloaded. Once documents have been downloaded, the sale is final. Digital products cannot be returned.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number.

6. Licence and Use

Upon purchase, you receive a single-organisation licence to use, customise, and print the documents for your NDIS provider organisation. This licence permits you to:

• Modify the documents for your organisation's internal use
• Print copies for staff training, audits, and day-to-day operations
• Store the documents on your organisation's systems

You may not resell, redistribute, or share the documents with other organisations. Each organisation requires its own licence.

7. Disclaimer

The documents provided are templates designed to support NDIS registration and compliance processes. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. NDISCompliant does not guarantee that use of these templates will result in successful NDIS registration or audit outcomes. You should have your specific circumstances reviewed by qualified professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Axior Labs' total liability arising from or in connection with the use of our products is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the documents.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to Terms
